Dispatch Information

All made-to-order and custom-made products take between 2-5 working days to produce after measurements have been received.  Please also note that large orders may take longer.  For custom-made orders please send measurements to info@ewurajayne.com no later than 24 hours after placing your order, using your order number as a reference. 

Shipping Information 

We ship worldwide.

UK Shipping

We use the Royal Mail Signed For First Class service, which takes between 1-3 working days.

For International shipping we use Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed. 

Europe Shipping

Should take up to 7 working days, after orders are dispatched.

Worldwide Shipping

Should take up to 11 working days, after orders are dispatched.

The shipping times mentioned above are a guide, shipping may vary during peak seasons.  (Royal Mail strikes will cause delays) Please check your tracking information for updates.
